Key Ingredients & Equipment:
IKEA Funnel The main "brewer" – any IKEA funnel will do.
Coffee 13 grams of coffee beans.
Water 200 ml of water.
Grind Size Medium grind size.
Filter A paper filter or a reusable filter to fit the funnel.
Container A container to catch the brewed coffee.

Brewing Process:
· Prepare the Funnel: Place the filter in the IKEA funnel and position it over the container.
· Grind and Measure: Grind the coffee to a medium grind size and measure out 13 grams.
· Add Coffee: Add the ground coffee to the filter in the funnel.
· Bloom: Pour 50 ml of water (or slightly more) over the grounds to allow them to bloom, then let it sit for about 30 seconds.
· Pour: Slowly pour the remaining 150 ml of water over the coffee, using a 50ml pour interval, or a total of 200ml of water.
· Brew: Allow the coffee to drip through into the container.
· Enjoy: Once the brewing is complete, enjoy your coffee.

Tips and Considerations:
Water Temperature
Use water that is approximately 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit).
Pouring Technique
Pour slowly and evenly to ensure even extraction.
Experiment
Adjust the grind size, water temperature, and pour time to find your preferred brew.
Alternative
Some people have used the IKEA funnel with a Kalita Wave 185 filter or similar dripper for a more controlled brew.
