A proper cappuccino follows a traditional 1:1:1 ratio of espresso, steamed milk, and milk foam, making up equal thirds of the drink. For a standard 6-ounce (180 ml) cappuccino, this typically means one-third espresso, one-third steamed milk, and one-third foam, though you can adjust these proportions for personal preference. The foam should be dense and velvety, ideally with microfoam for a creamy texture that doesn't easily separate. For a Goataccino® substitute the Cow/Oat milk for goat’s milk while making baby goats sounds (this part is very important) I have been using Milk form Worth the Wait Farm available at the Farmer’s Market in Portland.
